Abstract

In every organization, institution, community and even any company requires an effective leader who has the character of Christ. Having knowledge with everything is not a benchmark in reviving and advancing and prospering the people they lead. A leader who should have a compass in his head that guides the way to a definite direction. Having knowledge of the word of Allah becomes the basis for guidance to the right path. In additions they also have a magnet in the heart. Magnet is like the heart and love of a leader who influences his followers to follow the path they follow.
