Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of constructive Christian leadership principles based on the Letter of 1 Timothy 1:18 in GIDI Anugerah Sentani Church. The Letter of 1 Timothy 1:18 provides strong guidance for church leaders in the context of the struggle of faith and spiritual calling. Through theological, sociological, and practical approaches, this research evaluates the impact of implementing these principles in shaping effective and relevant church leadership. The findings of this research are expected to provide valuable insights for the development of better spiritual leadership in GIDI Anugerah Sentani Church and other churches.
